本公司是目前紧靠上海内环线为数不多的专业表面处理的沪港合资企业，座落于浦东新区北蔡镇五星路368号，于一九九六年一月成立。固定资产：120万美元，占地面积：6800平方米，建筑面积：4200平方米、公司目前现有员工120名，其中有高级工程师3名、中级技术人员7人、技术员3人。

公司成立之初就按照IS09002质量体系要求开展各项工作。在这几年中已通过上海大众、上海通用、中国联合汽车电子等公司的质量体系评审，并成为上述公司的二级供应商。公司在一九九九年九月由英国SGS公司评审通过ISO9002和QS9000的质量体系。二0O三年四月由英国Moody公司审核,通过ISO/TS16949的质量管理体系。

At the very beginning of its founding,the company carried out various works inaccordance with ISO9002 quality system requirements. In recent years it has passed the quality evaluation by Shanghai volkswagon,GM Shanghai,china United Automobile Electronics Co. etc. and become a second level supplier of them. In Sept .1999,we pass ISO9002 and QS9000 under quality evaluation by the British SGS Company.In April 2003,We pass ISO/TS16949 under quality evaluation by the British Moody Company.
We have solid technical foundation in specialized surface treatment,and are strong in development and researeh.especially holding expertise in high difficulty and high standard surface treatmet processes.The present availagle treatment processes include:medium temperature phosphating thick film phosphating,oxidating chromating and various coloring.Zinc electroplating of copper or iron material (blue passivating,white passivating,colorful passivating,army green passivating olive green psssivating an black passivafing,[black passivating is especially excellent in anti-UV]),and we also provide zinc-nickel alloy,zinc-cobalt alloy,zinc-Fe alloy chemical nickel plating polish silver plating processes.Besides,our company is anticipating cooperation with domestic and overseas business in devloping new processes and new varieties,so as to build a complete range of surface treatment capabilities for our company.
